Land at Knowles St, Denholme -

The site possessed an outline approval for a dwelling with garage, I was
employed to obtain full planning permission and Building Regulations.

To maximise the use of the site, the garage was designed as integral,
recessed from the main building front, with a bedroom over.  In total the
dwelling has 4 bedrooms, one located within the roof space.

Planning Permission and Building Regulation approval was obtained in 2006
and construction was completed in 2007.
