Feasibility Study, Odsal, Bradford -

Preparation of sketch designs for new dwellings in the garden of clients
Property with the intention of maximising financial return.

Proposals included a large five bedroom house with integral garage and
front and rear garden with private access drive.

A second set of proposals for a pair of semi detached three bedroom
dwellings with integral garage, rear garden and front garden with parking
space, these were served from a private drive.

Basic site plans, floor plans and elevations were prepared for
consultation between the client and local estate agents so as to
establish resale values.

Planning permission was obtained in June 2009 following an Appeal
against Refusal by the Local Authority.

43 Clarendon Road, Eldwick -

A new build five bedroom house within the clients rear garden, which
incorporated alterations to the existing chalet bungalow.

The house was based on a design that the client had located from a kit
house manufacturer.  Planning permission was obtained in November
2004 and the landscaping design was approved in March 2005.

Building Regulations were obtained by the Contractor and the property
was built in 2005.
