services as either Freelance staff, Contract or Permanent positions within a practice.

I also offer a service direct to client’s for domestic extensions, loft conversions or
small commercial works.

I can help with all your architectural requirements, from preliminary designs to full
construction drawings, no matter the size of your scheme.

I can also provide assistance with domestic garden design, plant choice and long
term care/maintenance manuals.

It is our intension to provide you with practical, high quality designs to suit your
budget.  We can help tailor your brief to meet your needs, providing advice as to how
current planning rules may affect your ideas.

Fees are tailored to meet your specific requirements and are advised in writing prior
to commencing work.  An initial visit is carried out, free of charge and to enable
myself to provide an accurate fee based on your needs and property.

I can provide a service based on the elements listed below;

1) Scheme Design - This requires a survey to be carried out and I shall provide
existing plans and elevations and the scheme proposals as discussed.

2) Submitting the proposals for Planning Permission - The preparation of drawings
and completion of forms for submitting to the Local Authority.  Planning Permission is
not always granted and we would advise you at the first meeting if your requirements
would potentially be rejected.

3) Building Regulation Submission - The preparation of drawings and construction
notes that will obtain Building Regulation Approval, along with submission and all
dealings with the Local Authority or Approved Inspector.

4) Obtaining quotes on your behalf from reputable construction firms best suited to
your scheme.
